How upgrades work
Pro is currently granted on request. Open Settings, Plan & Usage, press Request Pro upgrade and, if you like, tell us what you are working on. The PcapHub team reviews requests manually, usually within a day, and you are notified in-app and by email either way.
Downloads are rate limited on every plan to keep the library healthy for everyone. New accounts start with a smaller daily allowance for their first week. Viewing and analysing captures in the browser is never limited.
